Physically Shipped Orders

USPS 

Domestic (UNITED STATES Only).

The delivery times in the U.S.A. are: Approximately 2 business days for order handling As much as. 8 business days for delivery via USPS.

The shipping times Worldwide are: As much as 2 business days for order processing. Up to 15 business days for shipment through USPS First Class Mail International.

Once the order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

Tracking My Parcel

As soon as your order has been processed and also dispatched, our fulfillment company will send you a tracking web link for your order. This will be sent to the email you submitted for buying within 3 days.

Please note: Sometimes this e-mail can be filtered into the spam as well as scrap folders of some e-mail carriers.

How do I Cancel an item?

 

If your purchase has not been created yet, then you can cancel your order within your account.  Please know that we typically create your order within 1 business day..

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Hotgearmart offers returns and exchanges on any items, excluding Sale items, within 30 days in unworn, unwashed condition.  Items must have tags and liners intact.  Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is fulfilled you will be provided with a tracking number.

Gift Orders

We do not offer personal gift messages at this time.  We do offer gift cards.
